Whoppah works with various logistics parties who carefully transport the items from A to B. Is there any damage and the item was not delivered by Brenger or by post? Make sure you report the damage within 48 hours via our damage form. If you report the damage after 48 hours, we will not be able to process the claim. Indicate in Whoppah Chat that there is something wrong with the item so that payment to the seller is paused.
Delivery with Brenger
If your item was delivered with Brenger please contact Brenger directly. They have a similar policy that claims will be processed within 48 hours. Indicate in Whoppah Chat that there is something wrong with the item so that the payout to the seller is paused.
Delivery by post
To generate shipping labels for parcel post, we work with Wuunder. Is the parcel lost or damaged in transit? Then they can start a claim for you with the relevant shipping party. Send an email to info@wearewuunder.com with the following details:
- Track and trace of the parcel
- Purchase/sales invoice with value (downloadable in your Whoppah account)
- A description of the packaging (colour, logo, tape, straps, labels, etc.)
- A description of the contents
- A signed handover form (only if the shipment has never been scanned by carrier)
- Photos of damage at least 3 photos (outside of the package with label readable/visible, the inside of the package including how the item was packed, damage to the item)
- Mention in the email that you sent a parcel via Whoppah
Make sure you submit the details to Wuunder within 7 days so that they can submit the claim within the deadline set by the shipping parties. Indicate in the Whoppah Chat that there is something wrong with the item so that the payout to the seller is paused.
